If you’re registered with your email address (not with your own wallet), and you’re not able to fund your wallet with Ramp directly on OVAL3 because your Country (or State) is not covered, you can do it with Torus.
It’s another solution implemented on OVAL3 platform that allows you to top-up with many different providers (Moonpay, Banxa, Simplex, Transak…), and payment options (open banking, bank transfer, credit card etc) depending on your location.
With Torus you will find a way to convert your preferred currency into MATIC so that you can seamlessly collect cards on OVAL3.
How does it work?
When you click on the W blue logo at the bottom left of the marketplace page, you’ll be able to find every information of the wallet created for you by OVAL3 (via web3Auth), and fund it in MATIC by following these steps:
- Click on the ➕ button to be redirected to Topup page
- Select your provider (like Moonpay)
- Select the “Polygon Mainnet” network
- Select MATIC as currency an choose the amount you want to add
- Confirm your selection when you’re redirected to the provider’s page
- Select and add your payment method
- The provider might ask you for some identification process (the first time only)
- Confirm your payment and the funds will appear on your OVAL3 wallet in minutes, depending on the payment method you choose (fastest are easy open banking transfers and cards)
- Once back onOVAL3 marketplace, click on 🔁 your wallet to exchange your MATIC for wMATIC (mandatory to bid on auctions).
- Click on “Authorize Bidding” on the left of your wallet.
Now that your wallet is ready, you can enter the OVAL3 marketplace, bid on the players you have identified and build your team.
Important details
- Each provider supports different currencies and payment methods.
- Each provider has fees that are shown at the moment of the payment.
- Depending on the amounts you wish to fund, each provider might ask you for some identification.
